If my 200A controllers were to be built they would have the following dimensions: 105X74X17. For comparison the Schulze 40.160 has the following dimensions: 120X71X20. Now this is mainly because of the DPAK MOSFETs. With new technology in MOSFETs available a manufacturer can make them smaller. One example that I like a lot is the HV110 from Castle. Now the HV110 uses the Si4470
