This was a long time ago
. If left my Throttle trim 50/50 the controller wouldn't arm until I pushed the throttle up (brake) and it recognized neutral. So what I did with the TH is set it all the way to negative 100 (JR radio) as well as the sub trim 100% brake. After that, I brought the throttle trim back torwards positive slowly until the controller armed. Then I just adjusted the sub trim to lower the neutral range a little. It was a pain the first few times I tried it, but after messing with the throttle setting for a while that it what worked for me.
