I've e-mailed S&T and Quark via three addresses about my monster pro with the same problem and the e-mail sent to
info@sky-technology.com came back as unable to be sent. I would also like to get the address of S&T in Korea as they own Quark. One of the other e-mail address's was that of Frank Root and previously he replied so we shall wait and see. let hope, eh
