My experience with buying from t-maxxracer32 - 04.11.2008, 08:31 AM

Spreading my word of caution towards purchasing any RC related items from the member of this forum, t-maxxracer32. This user is selling a number of used items and advertising them on this forum, including the following related threads:
http://www.rc-monster.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11196
http://www.rc-monster.com/forum/showthread.php?t=10649
http://www.rc-monster.com/forum/showthread.php?t=10924

We agreed on a deal for the Hyper-7 truggy in the thread above. We set a price, shipping method, and this guy was paid in full for the item and shipping on 03/24/08. I have yet to receive any shipment from this seller. This guy supplied erroneous tracking details which DOES NOT indicate receipt of any package by the shipping carrier nor the actual mailing date. Repeated attempts to contact the seller regarding this issue go unanswered. I’ve emailed and PM’d this user requesting input/status towards this transaction. The user is online with this forum daily, yet refuses to answer my inquiries. I have since opened a dispute with the Paypal resolution center and intend to get a refund.

I can’t comment on other people’s experiences with this forum member. This info is what I’m observing in this dealing with this guy. If this is in-fact an honest seller in a transaction gone wrong, then he should act like it. Not answering emails, PM’s, or providing any communication in resolving this issue is an indication of malicious attempt (i.e. SCAMMER).

I caution any members from buying from this seller.
