Mine is different than Dan's - for starters, it is built to accept the factory mechanical brake setup - just like the motor mount itself. No kidding... that's why I found it amusing that guys were talking about RCPD getting patents on his products!

Shouldn't even consider putting a patent on something you didn't do first, whether it's legal or not.
To give them some credit, I think they had in mind mostly the machined battery tray/mudguard. But still...
