Don't know where to buy just the pins either, I happened to have a few extra to experiment with. It's kinda expensive, but you can get
this ($6 for 1 pin) or
this ($12.50 for two possibly harder pins), or come up with something else to use as the pin.
If you do end up using the same pins, I would try
this out.
