Aside from using the software Arct1k posted (probably the easiest solution), there are ways to grab the YouTube vid (which is most likely a Flash video) and convert it using some freeware. However, finding the right software to do this is a PITA and then it's not as simple as drag-n-drop, so be prepared for some work...
