My other shop is only 2 years old. It's a 12K building that does collision and mostly restorations. At 2 years old, it still sucks. (takes a while to really get established)

Sounds good, no advertising! I keep an ad in the yellow pages, it works but costs 400bucks a month!
I have owned mine for about 3 years, and grew up here as my dad bought it when I was 12. We do about 1/2 and 1/2 owner pay and ins, and I do not do any direct repair for ins companies. I stay busy, especially last week, no time for R/C!
