what jhautz said. Weird you strip them though, are you super meticulous dis/assembling the tranny cleanly? if you got the slightest bit of grit in there it could cause havok. The white two spead gear looks very dirty, I took mine apart to do the FOC and everything was still very clean white. You should kept it sealed from dirt!
