i run my 36-50-2200v2 in my e-savage, which is about 4.3kg/nimh 3.9kg/lipo...
thats pretty close to 1/8 scale weight...
my 36-60-2000v2`s home is in my lgt [well above 5.2kg/12lbs]...

4pole motors are typically comparable [torque-wise] to 2pole motors of 20-30% more length [kv assumed to be identical]... thats only a dumb general rule of thumb [pun intended] learned in the early days...
not that i would suggest a 50mm motor for 1/8... on the contrary, i fully agree that 60mm is the least i would pick for most 10-15lb 1/8 conversions... hence my 'wishes' for 75mm medusas for 'beasty conversions' [read: cen gst, mammoth mt,etc].

i think i am the first of the 'truck guys' to buy and run medusa motors, so that may be the reason i managed to get a 36-60-2000v2 along with my 36-50-2200v2 back in march: there wasn`t much of demand for these back then i guess... directly from medusa and they were in stock back then... both 36-50s and 36-60s...

a word of notice; according to medusa, very few distributors have the v2 batch... most carry v1 motors, which are a quite a bit less efficient than the v2... which is an extra reason to order directly from medusa imo...
