Here are a few things that jump out:
Bulkheads - I use Integy (not the strongest, but the lightest aluminum bulks I have seen)
Tranny - Mine is plastic (case AND lower gear), and only has one set of gears in it (2nd gear).
Shift servo - see tranny!
Chassis - I use the CF upper plates with the aluminum bottom
Wheels/tires - I use plastic wheels with cut down bowtie tires (trim some out of the middle, as well as some of the circumference). Cut about an ounce or so from each tire.
Motor/controller - Quite a bit of weight savings here. the schulze is pretty heavy compared to a warrior, and the Plett is a heavy motor, too. This is probably worth 3-4 ounces Lehner basic xl is under 8 ounces)
Skids - G-maxx skids are 33% lighter than the stock plastic, and stronger. Your skids (front) are no doubt heavier than stock.
Bumpers - I don't use them!
Shocks - lighter weight means I can also get away with 4 shocks (depending on the track), which means even lighter weight!
That is what sticks out at me. there may be a few other small details as well. It all adds up!
