For 220, buy a MMM and a 10-11xl and run it on the 6s 4800 lipos you mentioned (2 3s packs in series). Should cost the same, and will be twice as powerful as the novak. Novak 4.5 has a small diameter rotor, so you really need to spin it fast and gear low to get any performance out of it.
