Unfortunately you are dealing with a source which is half way around the world and there is somewhat of a language barrier. It is what it is. For the most part anything to do with them is going to be kind of a shot in the dark. They do sound as if they want to be helpful because customer service will make or break you. The key is opening the door and testing their controllers and then we can go from there. It will either work out or it will fall apart and we will move on to the next contestent.
