Yes, the RCM batt tray comes with velcro straps.

Your list looks good, TDC57, but how about an extra pinion or two? Nice to have some tuning range.

Don't forget the new alu steering plate :) Kinda sucks to buy a "luxury" kit and then having to buy all the upgrades separately, eh?
