Sounds good to me.
July 13th it is!! It'd be great if you can bring all that stuff. I know I'll have my superbrain 989 charger and LBA10 balancer, and many misc screws, nuts, and some spare parts. But all these things are stored in my tool box, so its really not a problem what so ever to bring them.
And as I said earlier, I will also try to bring a ramp and shovel.
