If you want to get your B into a T the "quick and dirty" way, you could just mount larger tires on the buggy, and then regear to compensate. You won't have the length (the T is probably a little longer than the B but I dunno), width, or suspension travel of a true T though. Also, you'll have to come up with your own body mounting scheme.
