Looking at the pictures more after reading linc's post, the workmanship just isn't any where near justifying that price. The ESC is exposed to whatever can come at it, the motor connectors should be heat-shrink to protect from elements. It looks too much like a cheap hack job.
Also, on that motor at 22.2 volts it has the ability to pull over 300 amps, on a 150 amp controller, and 180 amp batteries? Wouldn't he had been better off going 12s, or am I missing something here?
It also seems to me this could have been done with a neu 1527 motor as well and if not then a 2200 series would surely be enough, I mean they toss some pretty stinking big and heavy aerobatic planes around so why not and at 300 bucks cheaper than the lehner.
