Nah, burning human flesh doesn't smell good. Not to mention the horrific screaming until the victim finally dies. And before that happens, they could run at you with flailing arms and engulf you in flames too. Too risky. A couple of fully automatic weapons would be better IMO. Longer range too. Or maybe a garden tiller type contraption to make human-hamburger...
