There is no difference in potential power between sensored and sensorless. For example, if I ran my novak ss5800 motor on my mgm 12012, the ss5800 would become a sensorless motor and it would have the same amount of power as it did when it was hooked up to the ss esc. Sensorless motors may be more powerful than sensored motors because sensorless motors are generally delta wound and all the sensored motors seem to be wye wound.
