I am not totally sure what you are looking for. The 7xl does good. the 9xl does good. I can not speak for the 8xl. 12 cells kept motor cool running with enough power to tote the front wheels. 14 pound gmaxx with double extensions. My truck is 21.5inches bumper to bumper. speed runs 7xl crawling 9xl. I wish I had an 8xl to test for you. For that matter I would like to test a 10 xl out for me. lol Hope this helps. Sorry if any confusion. I think you will be happy with any of the about picks. Power wise the 7xl put out more power than 2 hvmaxx systems. So does 9xl.
