@Lutach: Thanks for the list, really helpful, i might go for that 42t spur for some better clearence, didn't know they made anything that small. Can't wait to see your truck running on that 1527. I was actually thinking of getting a LMT 22xx series, but i think they work out close to $400-450 US
Any reason you would fit the largest pinion? I would imagine since the rpms would be lower the engine would run cooler?
@Neil: Thats a good point about the diff gearing, never considered that. I'll have a play around with BrianG's calc and see what i can come up with.
