That's a message from a guy from my track which is at Master kyosho (sending via a 3G phone)

"et non le mp9 n`est pas presentè au master kyosho ya que yushi kanai qui roule avec mais en sous marin on le voit que sur la piste car son stand est a l`ecart dans un local du club .on y est en ce moment marc mehdi et moi"

Translation:

And no the MP9 isn't shown at kyosho masters, there is only Yushi Kanai who ride with it but in sub-marine, we only see it on the track because his stand is away in a premises of the club. We are there right now, Marc, Medhi and Me.
