The bearing is very easy to change on a Neu, too much easy
The rear back plate on a Neu is hold in place by so little punch mark, that you've just to take a little flate screw driver and put it in the little notch and pry.
Now you have the rear bearing in you hand, just pull out the rotor, and carfully push (by the interior of the motor) the front bearing with a punch.

For me, the rear back plate could be better hold in place on a $250.00++ motor
