You'll need to run very high gearing then,ie with an e-maxx tranny it'd be hard to gear it higher than about 20mph.

Is it the hacker you want to run?is it around 800kv?you never said.

24x800 is less than 20,000 rpm. You'd need a center diff or center slipper with a small spur and a huge pinion.It'd be much easier to get a motor with a higher kv if you want to run 24 volts.It'd give you much more choice of vehicle/tranny.Unless you can make your own pinions or know somewhere to get suitably large pinions.
