I used to worry about it, but got sick of the covers. I have a cople with the front cover that Mike makes, but others that dont have anything front or back. Havent seen it happen yet. I would think if it was going to happen someone whould have posted about it already. I suppose its possible, but...

I dont think it hurts anything to cover the holes so do it if it makes you more comfortable.
