i just let the tires fly. No tape needed.
get tire by it self and flip inside out and clean with alcohol
take your preferred tape (i use normal duct tape, the tire is shred before the tape comes loose) and wrap it twice around the what was the inside but now outside of the tire.
Do 2 layers not overlapping the ends. (2 layers support the tire more so the tape wont stretch)
Press all tape down firmly
flip tire to normal state and install normally.
