Classic. I figured you would smack me for asking something so silly.

Get one of these and screw it to the front of the motor using the 3 good screw holes that are left and you wont have to worry about any more stripped holes. And if they do strip its a $12 fix.

It might be a little big in diameter for the XL motors, but it should work just fine, the screw hole pattern is the same as all of the other motors.
