well since I scrapped the brake idea I decided to "buff up" the center diff
..thought id share, I got an aluminum diff cup from nova rc, it seems nice, drove well and perfect fit, see how it wears next lube change
LINK. I threw in a RR 47t wide spur and some protek ceramic bearings for the diff

. Lubed it up with some graphite with molybenum. RC monster mount gh alum top brace and alum front brace should be bullet proof now !! Its quiter and brake noise is a bit less, not $45 less
