Whats the lowest setting you can run? I use a 28mV cutoff on my 7 cell packs, and they come off nice and warm, but not toasty. 40mV means your charger should be cramming a bit more charge in than mine, so in theory, your cells should be coming off a bit warmer than mine.

Are any of the cells hotter than the rest?
