my issue is that my pack(only the pack,esc 100f and the motor 120f)came really hot in 8 min(145f

timing normal,,punch a factory setting... i killed my two 4000mah 25c hecell(puffed)w.t.f
can resolve my issue if i swap in 22.2 volt!???? with a 1515 1y or keep my motor and go in 5 cell????
