I did more searching and it looks like I was right about Valence being the only ones making these right now, and the product name is Saphion. However, I was wrong in saying noone is selling them; they're just not selling in the US.

Both e-flight and overlander in the UK are selling them.

They do look promising. Joe Electronics run on smoke... if you let the smoke out, they stop working.
