Negatives: Smaller can, so less torque for a given kv and less surface are for less power dissipation. Lower continuous power rating.

Positives: Lighter. Probably spools up faster.

Might be a decent choice if you're only looking for speeds around 30-35mph tops on a lightweight buggy (7-8lbs).
