Its a shame you have this opinion about CC. I have never had anything but amazing customer service from them. You may have wanted to consider sending the dud to CC directly instead of through Chris Fine. But sometimes sh!t happens, and the company has no control over it often times. I am sure CC will take care of you if you talk to them directly.
