Inside the motor can't get wet obviously. So, leave the gloplug in. Also, remove the airfilter and cover with a baggy or something. Of course it depends on what your definition of wet is: Are you planning to submerge it, spray it down with a hose, wipe it down with a wet rag, etc?
Other things to avoid wetting: servo, receiver; basically any electronics.
Once you get it all clean, you might want to dry it well and then wipe down the screws and any other items prone to rusting with WD40 to keep them from rusting.
