Edit: Just talked with our shipping dept -- this is always a problem using US Mail apparently, they often don't update their own systems. It did ship on Aug 11th, and I'm having our shipping dept. start a Post office track on this end.

I do hope it was really shipped on the 11th of August. Like I told Christie, it normally takes about 6-9 days for me to receive a package shipped USPS Priority from the east coast. So, it should take less from the Midwest. However, it's been over 2 weeks and I still have not received any. In fact, if it has already reached the San Francisco Fleet Post Office, it would have been noted on the tracking number. However, that is not the case.
I have faith in your company and I totally understand the pain associated with a rollout of new products especially
electronics. I just want to enjoy the benefits of the MMM before I go back to the ship in December for another 3 years.
