For me since I have an MMM i rather modd what I have than get another one. Also I would also get an MM if in case I need a new one since it worked for me already and I know it works fine on 5S. Not that I am against Tekin, Jeff (jhautz) has a working modded R1pro and it never gave up on him (so far no to jinx you Jeff )...
Great.... Now I'm screwed....

I think the R1Pro is great. My modified one is still running strong with temps cooler than I got with the MMMv1 I was running while the R1Pro was being moded. And with no fans. Even in stock form it handled my buggy with no issues. As long as you dont go to crazy with overpowering it. However I think running a big MT on it might not be a great situation. If that ESC just had a heatsink built in.

I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...
