The only thing I've broken on my e-jato is the rear shock-tower, and that was because I was running with the body off and it caught on something when it flipped. And I'm not gentle on it either, I think it spends more time cartwheeling and on its lid than on its wheels!

I've though about reversing the rear-end so the motor sits further back, but it would be too much work for what you gain.

All in all, not very good on a track. The weight being in the middle makes it spin out easy - even with thin diff oil. Fun basher though; I've hit trees, curbs, cars, houses, me, (pretty much any stationary object) and it just keeps on going.
