Wow. 3 pole. Incredible. You probably meant 3 phase 2 pole. Your magnet design can only support 2 pole (2 poles are N-S and 4 poles uses 4 magnets N-S-N-S). If your rotor was 4 pole than it would look like a Aveox, Neu, Plettenberg and Medusa and your motor would have more stators to make it work properly.
