Yea we have two DELL PC's at our house as well (1 laptop & 1 tower PC), and I am not very impressed with them. Their PC's are ok for what you pay for them, but they put so much junk software in them and a lot of their stuff is outdated and slow. Their warrenties are ok, although they are sticklers about what is in writing

so their customer service sucks

. I prefer HP since they have the best customer service in the world. I found an HP digital camera laying in a pool of water a couple years back and sent an email to HP asking what could be done with it. A week later I received a brand new replacement for it, and returned the wet one to them FREE

. I have used HP ever since and have been extremely happy with their product line and the way they treat their customers
