That's pretty damn awesome Ryan! Shame to convert it IMO, but whatever works for you. But since you are dead set on converting it, I really think you would be better off with a center diff style setup rather than transverse mounting the electric motor and using belt drive. Would still have to do belt drive with the center diff style setup, but it would be less complicated. And might work if you offset that center section a bit. Looks great though, and good luck.
