took mine for a 1/2hr use and its still working. update if it does happen to cark it.. fully stock bar a bit of unshrinked heatshrink tubing over the signal wires and switch - they looked like they would get worn down took quickly.

also: i know this thing can pull more than 110A -hooked up my wattmeter inline and its rated for 100A max... very happy with the zippy pack ive got - just a bit too heavy!!
