i issued a refund to the guy and told him to send the money outside of ebay.

so there should be no way to scam me right?

the guy seems legit and whenever the stupid oversee people try and scam me they never talk back.

this guy sends huge paragraphs to me so we will see.

i am 250 verified on paypal so i know somewhat about it and i think i should be fine now...............??...?
