Ok so I spent the last few HOURS checking parts and cost...

Looks like it will cost about $35 minimum to get the parts I need, plus shipping. Then there are the machine shop costs to mod the gear and the output shaft, and the costs to build the adapter and a spacer.

I have a hard time seeing this cost less than $100... Unless I have a bunch made by someone with a CNC...
