The cap off a plastic gallon of milk fits the 36mm motors pretty good. Drill out three holes for the wires and slide them through it. I used a piece of cloth tape around the end of the motor and push the cap on there. Then trimmed the excess tape. I can't find any pictures of that incredible idea. It works fine, looks a little funny though. I took it of a while back when I found this tape at a thrift store for a couple dollars. It's the aluminum type tape they use for heating/cooling duct work and furnaces. It has no problem sticking on the motor and handles the heat the motor puts out. I got it on the front and back of the medusa and put it on the back of one of the Neu motors also. If anyone wants to try some just pm me. I can cut some off and put it in and envelope. Lick it, stick it, ship it. I don't know what a role would cost at the hardware store. There's a lot on this roll.
You can tell where the cloth tape and milk cap use to be on the end of the medusa.
