ill take some after my torture test today... when i get home from my holiday!

here are some dodgy camera phone pics... ill take some better ones tonight.
anyway here here they are....

i used a 7mm chopping board and glued them together using 5 minute epoxy (find something else to use as this cracked and split easily. super glue seemed to work muchbetter but is difficult to get right in 2 seconds... i then milled the center out and used a plane + rasp at school to even it down etc...

worked out well. then i used a soldering iron to melt tracks for the velcro. on the bottom i used 3 layers of acrylic sheet (d use this same cutting board material when it breaks, at the moment its too brittle! and DONT use aluminium screws, they just snapped when i was screwing into it... took me 5 screws to learn that lesson!!)
to make it sit over the side guards... it flexes now but thats better than being solid i guess. i didnt take the battery out cause its a PITA to remove with all the velcro on the bottom!!!

anyway i hope this has helped somewhat...
