I am posting this message so that other forum members may benefit and it is only fair that I thank JoeJoe at Sky & Technology for sending a replacement ESC free of charge.
I heard nothing for a period of time and at the end of last week I received a single email form JoeJoe giving me Fedex tracking details. Today I received a Brand new ESC from Korea.
This has restored my faith in the company. However I also wish to add that I contacted a lot of people to find out what the situation was with Sky & Technology and maybe that may have helped to get things moving along.
