Brian,
I used the address that was published in the forum before. However I believe due to my perseverance I got the product back. I had no response for many days but I contacted Sky & Technology almost every day, rang a couple of dealers and asked them if after sales service was a problem etc..
Here is the address I sent the ESC to and the phone number I rang on a daily basis and kept asking to speak to JoeJoe
