I assume you mean the e-revo? AFAIK, you can mount the motor in such a way to reduce the majority of gearing limitations. And if gearing options still concern you, just measure from the motor shaft to spur shaft at the min and max motor adjustment positions and then use
this page along with the available spur options to calculate what your pinion range is.
