Here is another tip that you may be able to implement. If you can get a hingepin that is long enough, try putting a thin hinge pin brace on the back side(in front of the steering bellcranks at the rear of the front bulkhead). I was able to use the stock maxx steel skidplate brace(part that comes with the plastic skids) on one truck that was having similar problems. Even a thin piece of steel like this helps strengthen the hingepins behind the bulks. Even is you have to remove some material from the bulks to make it work(in front, for example), this may be a cheap trick that stops your troubles.
