I am about to put the order through for the spur / pinion and just had a look at there motors . They have the Orion Vortex 2.5t which is $20 dollars cheaper at $79 than the Speed Passions Competition 2.5t . Both rated at 13,800kv , i have not dealt with Speed passion before and don't mind paying more for it if it's a better motor but just haven't heard any reports on the SP motors ?

I'll have to have a look at Brians speed calculator to see what speeds i'm looking at with 13800kv and 65/40 gearing on 2s
